You can't be serious, Strong enabled and created a drug culture and it has been spiraling out of control. You only get kicked off after you prove you suck, then you mysteriously fail your 5th drug test

Baylor and TCU say hi. It aint about money in the bank. It's about results on the field. Yall wouldn't stay within 3 touchdowns on either of those teams.

A&M has been recruiting better. And that includes this year. So no, Texas still has some ground to make up in that department.

I would say 4 touchdowns, but we were talking recruits and even being bad, we will win the head to head battles vs them

UT has been shut out of the Texas Top 10 this year. Meanwhile, Aggie has grabbed two, Bama and LSU one a piece, and even Tech is in there.

UT has some work to do, no doubt. Strong has to convince these kids that his hardass system is worth it. Right now, they're not buying it.

Can't believe the ESPN hype machine has you idiots buying the "Charlie is picking up the shattered pieces left by Mack" narrative.

The thug culture is Austin is probably only rivaled by FSU.

Yeah, a third of their 2013 class is no longer on the team.

Strong kicks players off the team, and you conclude that he is promoting a "thug" culture? What planet are you from, man?

Only after they fail 5th consecutive test. How he could admit to that in a press conference is beyond me.

Do you seriously not see the inconsistency here? Talk about biased perception, wow.

Mothers in Texas will send their kids to Charlie before Kevin greets them with their own assault rifle and kilo

do we know all 5 tests were failed while he was there? I can easily imagine the narrative being the kid failed 3 before strong got there, failed a 4th, strong said any more and your gone, and then 5th fail boots kid off team.

It was so obvious Mack had taken on the patronizing grandpa role, no discipline left and all the players knew it. If strong gets 5 years to play with upper class he recruited, I think Texas will be back to 10+ wins. who knows if he gets that much time.

They fabricated some "swag" based on one good player who embarrased them of the field.

They have never been relevant, this is their status quo, nothing new.

I want you idiots to listen up. The elite high school players in Texas want to play in the SEC, they have said it repeatedly. The don't want to play in the Big 12, including Texas. Charlie Strong will have a losing record this year and next year as what talent he has now will graduate and there's nothing in the cupboard. 5 stars Daylon Mack, Kendall Sheffield, Damarkus Lodge, or Malik Jefferson are not going to Texas.

Strong is attempting to lay a solid foundation to build the team on. Once he gets his team in there they should be a solid program, I think he is a good coach.
