Ole Miss has never been to the SEC Championship Game, nor have they won the west. They just hung a banner because they have nothing else to be proud of since Johnny Vaught was their coach. What you see right now is the best they ever had it. Hotty Toddy!

The hate is strong with the LSU and Bama fans. They scared now. We have never been there, therefore we can't this year either.

I cannot imagine LSU hanging an SEC West Champion banner in Tiger Stadium for a year when we finished with the same record as the team that beat us on our home field, won the west and went on the win the SEC and the BCS National Championship. Thank god we got more pride than that!That is truly pathetic.

The issue is that you weren't. You just claim it.
What's sad to me is that the fan base is on board with it. Say it was reversed with LSU having the "Almost West Champs". I'd be flat arse embarrassed if we hung a banner.
