Has charter member Ole Miss ever played in the conference championship game?

I thought they were the SECWest champions in 2003...why werent you guys at the Championship game?
EDIT: For clarification they are the only original SEC WESTERN division team that has yet to do so. Hat tip to CNB for correction.

Ole Miss has 6 SEC championships. But has never played in the championship game since they split into divisions
