No he didn't. He got a blowjob from a girl he knew was a freshman, who was obviously underage. He didn't sexually assault her in any way. If he did they would have they would have prosecuted him for sexual assault, not carnal knowledge of a minor.
The only reason he was even arrested was because her parents freaked out when they found out about her blowing black dudes in the locker room.
I know plenty of lawyers, doctors, professionals, etc that were banging freshmen their senior year of high school.

I was driving towards the end of my freshman, felt like a badass. Then by the end of my junior year I had to stay away from all the cute freshman/sophomores. Man it sucked.

He will be kicked off the team because he is going to prison for having weapon and drugs at the same time. There is no plea deal, no bargaining, no drug court. He is going to serve prison time. Period.
