Honestly urban and nick both have.

both have won national championships in incredibly short amounts of time at two separate programs.

It means their system works and if your current coach is still struggling to get on that level by year 4 or 5 then maybe there is a coach somewhere who can.

Fact is that LSU firing Miles has little to do with Saban, but you believe what you want.

bullshite. Without Saban, Miles and LSU are competing for the SEC each and every year...probably favored to win it most years. Had that been the case, Les would have a lot of job security. Saban and Bama affect the entire conference.

Only an idiot would believe LSU fired Miles solely because of Saban.

Well, it doesn't really help your case that Les couldn't seem to beat Arkansas and Ole Miss consistently. Saban did break him on 1/9 though.

Who said solely? But Miles was second guessed on his every move the moment Saban was on a plane from Miami to Tuscaloosa.

I won't argue that he affects the entire conference. To imply Miles was fired solely because of Saban is just blame dumb. It wasn't just the Bama loss preventing us from winning championships.

Yes. Also if Les beats Bama 2 out of the last 5 he is still employed.

Losing to Mississippi, Arkansas and Auburn, and coming in 3rd, 5th and 3rd in the division with top 5 talent nationally, isn't about Alabama or Saban.

You only lost to Auburn on that list this year. Never even got a chance at the rest this year.

No doubt but the heat did not get turned up on him last year until he lost to Arkansas and Ole Miss.

Let's just agree we both have a pretty good idea of the outcome of those games

Then why couldn't he come in at least SECOND place the last three years?

If the team with the division's second most talent isn't even occasionally coming in second place, the problem is with the coaching.

It's not solely because of Saban but 01/09/12, losing 5 in a row, and Bama's success relative to LSU's factored into it.

No. But Bama does own the nadir of CFB.

Those late season Arkansas losses probably don't happen if you win the Bama game. Not to take away from the hogs because they have been tough.
