As others have pointed out, LF isn't even top in recent history.

Manziel, Tebow, Cam, Fairly, all were much bigger points of attention.

As Fournette? I don't think so. The kid is passing on an exhibition game to get healthy and prepare for the NFL and it is blowing the gump's and oak tree's minds.

I am not quite sure what "oak tree" means, but I am guessing you mean aTm. So, a Texas fan comes on here to start a shite thread about how Bama and aTm fans talk about a fomer LSU player? Of course I would go to another conference's board to post as well if my school's football program was a train wreck like Texas.

Just last year Derrick Henry had a daily thread on here. Before him is was Johnny Football. The Honeybadger preceded him. Forget about Cam Newton? Or Ingram & Julio. Further back still, Tim Tebow. I could go on, but you get the point. LF7 ain't special by any metric.

Manziel is STILL being talked about after he flamed out of the NFL.

Seriously? You're not this stupid.

A&M has as many Heisman trophy winners as your t-shirt school does (2) and more than your other t-shirt school has (1).

What a colossal waste of talent.

quote I don't understand this. So if someone doesn't win a national championship or Heisman their entire college career was a waste?[/quote]

I can't understand this either. This board is full of deranged and demented threads criticizing Fournette. I posted in one earlier to inform them that Leonard holds or shares 15 LSU School records for his 3 year career. It blows my mind seeing so called avid college football fans go as far as calling him a Bust.

Some posters here really believe that he's not that good. NFL scouts and GM's strongly disagree with all of them. In April they will prove it by signing him to a multi-million dollar rookie contract and around 10 mil signing bonus.

Fournette and AP had somewhat similar college careers. They both played only 3 seasons and both got hurt their Jr year missing games (AP missed more). Neither player won the Heisman Trophy or was on a NC winning team. I think AP went #7 overall in draft to Minnesota and Fournette should go top 10.

It's looking like many posters on here would say AP isn't that good. AP was a colossal waste of talent at Oklahoma according to one poster in particular.

It's especially unreal considering how very little he had to produce for it.

Landon Collins pretty much controlled the feelings of an entire fan base

There was a thread posted TODAY on the LSU Recruiting Board about LC and his girlfriend.

That shite happened 5 YEARS ago.

I understand who the bumps are but could you clarify who the oak tree's are? I supposed it is Auburn but I haven't seen Auburn give a shite whether Fournette plays or not and I actually like the kid a lot and don't blame him, especially if he is dinged up at all and I mean at all. If his ankle is sore from walking to class I wouldn't play in it, it just takes one misstep to frick up the rest of his life at this point.

Reaping what you sewed bruh.

And I'll go with Ingram. Always entertaining, for quite the opposite reason of your non-productive nominee.
