If I started watching LSU football in 2001, I'd think like you. Any guy who doesn't produce like Saban AND Miles needs to go. Thats stupid.
Guys like Saban, Spurrier, Meyer, and yes, even Miles and Richt don't grow on trees. You don't fire quality coaches b/c they aren't as good as freaking future hall of famers.

Tubbs had 80 wins in 10 seasons...
Middle of the road coaches like Tubbs are a dime a dozen. 8 wins a year is nothing special over a span that long.
