Why are atmospheres from 20 years ago relevant?

you apparently, since yall keep trying to convince me I'm incorrect about my personal opinion.

I said, in MY personal experience, SC isn't one of the top 5 atmospheres I've been in. Not my fault you're pissy that I'm not showering your team with praise. I've been in a lot of big time atmospheres. I wouldn't consider SC top 5. No need to get upset about it.

So he can speak more about somewhere he's never been, than someone who has been there? Ok.

Like I said, there's 2 different conversations going. One from the OP about gurley's personal opinion about where HE has been. And one where I input MY personal opinion about where I have been.

Nobody can say Gurley is wrong, because it's his opinion and his experiences. Just like yall are idiots for saying I'm wrong for giving my opinion.

Our players put it right up there with some of the bigger school stadium environments in Texas, from their high school teams that is.

Big difference being in the stands and hearing the noise on the field. I guarantee you Sanford never has the crowd noise level that Williams Brice does.

This is, literally, one of the dumbest things I've ever read in my 10 years being on this board.

Dude Sanford isn't designed to keep noise in. It's not that far-fetched.

The guys who designed it were Ga Tech grads. It's a conspiracy.

Never? Like ever? First of all speaking in absolutes is retarded. Second, how many games has that dolt been to in sanford, maybe 4 or 5 at most? And all against SC? I've been to 100. He is in no way capable of saying that Sanford has NEVER been as loud as SC. Our design might be lacking slightly, but we also have 10K more people.

Sanford is great but not very loud. If you don't take the crowd outta the game early in Columbia you're in for a long game.
