Harvin was a thug, hit a coach. He was kept on the team because he was banging Urban's daughter and she threatened to run away from home if Harvin was dismissed from UF.

Gunshots were heard from his house. The body way found near his house next to a rental car under his name. He has not been cooperative with the investigation and destroyed his cell phone and home surveillance equipment.

Honestly, it sounds like such a pathetic attempt at a coverup that I initially thought he might be being framed, but the gunshots from the house and destroyed cell phone/security system don't make sense in that scenario.
