History doesnt mean shite... The Chicago White Sox didnt win a World Series for 100 years before sweeping the Astros in the fall classic... Then the Boston Red Sox won it all the next season to end a 100 year drought.. The Red Sox then went on to win 3 World Series in a decade.

None of our players give a frick about history.. Hell, they signed with Ole Miss didnt they ?!? They wanna write their own story.

Not surprising. You can't learn history by hitting a bong nonstop.

You sound sad, like you are begging for our respect. That is why you are Ole Miss.

It is even less surprising that a UT fan only wants to talk about the good old days.

Cause if I had to watch that mess up there at UT then I'd be focusing on the Phat Phil years as well.

Just be glad we aren't on the schedule this year and go watch a replay of UT with Peyton stomping Ole Miss in the Liberty Bowl.

You don't want to watch the most recent game in the series.

Respect is earned.

Winning one close game in Oxford was a start.

Since last year is the only thing that matters, I guess this means Ole Miss is going to lose to LSU, Arkansas, Auburn, and TCU

And rings commemorating a savage butt pounding by TCU was the end.

YOAM, you're fat, poor, racist, and stupid. And you'll be on probation soon, and we all will laugh as you descend to your rightful place in the cellar of the SEC West.

If you want to talk about the past, why not discuss the past that is the most relevant, like a team made up of similar players with the same coaching staff?

So, you wish to pick and choose the parts of history that favor one single entity, in this case OM. By definition history is "the study of past events, particularly in human affairs; the whole series of past events connected with someone or something."

Sure thing buddy.

I heard all this last year as people on this board claimed Ole Miss is just a one year wonder and will return to the cellar starting in 2015.

I laughed and explained that this year's team would have more talent than last year's team and should be even better than that top 10 team.

Here we are.

Go check out the recruiting rankings for this year so far and cry yourself a river.

You realize Freeze wasnt our coach over the decades of history y'all like to quote either.

He was the coach the last time Ole Miss played in Tuscaloosa. Can we talk about that or is it not recent enough?

Sure.

Have at it.

Let's talk about when Treadwell and Co. were freshmen and Bama was the best they've ever been.

Let's ignore last year completely.

Just be thankful you won't have 50+ hung on your favorite team this year by the Rebels.

Go rewatch some games from the 90's bruh.

You played so well after your biggest game in your program's history against us that you made it to Atlanta.

To get skullfricked by TCU. What was it again? You lost the last 5 out of 7 last year?
