Gruden
12-4 his first season with the Bucs.
A combined 45-51 his last six seasons there.
The Bucs are still recovering from the final years of his tenure.

Kirby would be hiding under a desk in the fetal position saying Oh shite my time at GA will end soon.

Is Tony Dungy coming to actually do the winning?
You guys bashing Chucky obviously dont know how he spends most of his time. He'll be a way better coach at his next stop than he was at his last. And his pool of assistant coach potentials is VASTLY greater than any other coach's pool to hire from.

yeah, they were winning so many SBs with Dungy. Oh, and Dungy didn't build that team.
When Dungy arrived in Tampa Bay in 1996, the Buccaneers hadn't had a winning season since 1982. By year two he had them in the playoffs. They were 54-42 in his six seasons with the Buccaneers. In the six seasons before his arrival, they were 32-64.
Dungy gave Gruden the keys to that 2002 Super Bowl season.

Also, how bout you include his stint in Oakland? Or does that not fit your narrative?
Not even close to the same situation that Dungy walked into at Tampa Bay.

Kirby's got 20 years to coach at his Alma mater. Fun times.
