After he inherited a Super Bowl caliber team from Dungy, and won, he was really good.


Walks in With SB team, wins, and then in 6 seasons after 45 wins 51 losses. Out fricking standing.

yeah, they were winning so many SBs with Dungy. Oh, and Dungy didn't build that team.

Also, how bout you include his stint in Oakland? Or does that not fit your narrative?
