Marshall isn't going anywhere until all of his kids are through high school. Once they're done, which is next year he'll wait until a job like Kentucky comes open.

Marshall is making blue blood level money at a mid-major that owns their conference and it's not even close. He's a rock star at his current job. Why leave that unless the job of your dreams comes calling? You don't. The guy isn't stupid. He's making bank and being a celebrity in Wichita until Kentucky or North Carolina or Duke or Kansas is in the market for a basketball coach. Wouldn't you??
