We don't run 72% of the time so i dk how Robinson would have faired at LSU. probably would have been a solid RT.

Although LSU only passed 12.6% more than Auburn in 2013.

Basically 3 extra passes per game...

LSU O Line allowed 25 sacks

Auburn 18

We ran a pro style offense though, quite a bit different than Auburn. Even in passing Auburn ran a lot of PA fake and teams always respecting the run. It was rarely ever "obvious" passing plays for you.

They why did he Redshirt?
The last Auburn staff, which was made up of clowns, decided to start a senior at left tackle. Why? I don't know, but any Auburn fan will tell you that AJ Greene was the worst offensive lineman to ever come through Auburn and start.

None of the measurables mean a damn thing vs game tape. Jake (and his whole family) have the skins to prove he is all that.

Doesn't even matter what he does at the combine.

Can't really compare Mett's Mobility to Nick Marshals.

I am pretty sure for 3/4 years the last auburn staff included the genius Gus Malzahn

How is that a crazy occurrence?
Many draft analysts have predicted Matthews ahead of Robinson.

I haven't read the thread, but if people are arguing about these two great players then you're wasting time....They'll both go high and to teams that need them....Hopefully my Falcons grab one of them.

Brandon Moseley started at left tackle while AJ Greene started at right tackle (by "started", I mean began the season), but they later flip-flopped during the season. IIRC, Brandon Moseley ended up going in the 4th round.

Does anyone worship their former players more than Auburn fans?

Robinson is slower in the agility drills than either ckyo or Matthews, and that's with a bum knee n cyko. Robinson essentially played right tackle at left tackle, and will make a fine right tackle in the NFL as well. I don't see active taking him above a proven pass and run blocker in Matthews, with the NFL such a pass happy league. Cyko is probably going to drop to the 2nd round because of the knee, unless he can train and show out at a pro day. Wonder what he would have been like if never injured. Weak knees spidering rub in the family

Apparently character concerns have him slipping a little.

But yes his workouts have been impressive.

Ya he's a bit of a psycho. His role in the gibbons catastrophe is worrisome.

Had he come out last year he probably would have been the number 1 pick.
