Im really a big fan of his....he puts aside all Bama ties and stays neutral and saome of you azzhats cant see that because you dont know talent when its hits you in the face.
I guess he will depart his XM radio early am show? Hope not because he and his partner make the morning drive time entertaining.
GM knows football and loves college sports. I dont care what school he went to.

I am not anti GM, just not ready to anoint him the next great college football analyst just yet. But I did spit out my soda when reading that "he puts aside all his ties to bama". Have you never seen he & Finebaum get into one of their bama/saban lovefests? Finebaum does not give a shite, but GM should be embarrassed if he's legitimately trying to be seen as neutral.

Well earned promotion. McElroy proves he is a cut above others by often going against the popular narrative and being on target when he does. The dude was a heady player and he is a heady analyst.
