If he is transferring to USCe, he must know the punishment the NCAA COI is going to handout. And that punishment must include multi year bowl bans.

If not, I believe you have to sit out 2 years to transfer to another SEC school.

We were ranked as high as #2 in the early 80s but stumbled and lost to Navy and flushed the chance at a National Title down the toilet. And we had the Heisman winner in George Rogers.

We were wandering the independent desert back then.
