Orgeron had a tough time at ole miss no doubt about that. You have to agree that coaching at ole miss with it resources and coaching at lsu are 2 totally different things. He has more to work with st lsu man. So just because he struggled at ole miss doesn't mean he's a bad coach, it just means ole miss doesn't set a coach up for success like lsu does and it's not even close. Yalls best teams in 50 fricking years haven't accomplished shite in terms of championships of any kind. Let that sink in. My point is that just because orgeron wasn't succesfull at ole miss doesn't mean he won't be successful at lsu.

While the stuff about the resources and what not is a valid point, that's not why O didn't win. He didn't have any idea what he was doing yet. He took his shirt off and tried to fight players and he used to make them run plays in the parking lots of hotels before games. They would also do full speed tackling before games in warmups. He's not doing any of that at LSU because he learned kids don't like that.
It has nothing to do with setting up coaches for success. Without Saban LSU would still be stuck in the 90s

have you listened to any coach o interviews from the last month?
if not maybe you should. he addresses a lot of his mistakes at ole miss.
imagine that, a coach that isn't afraid to admit mistakes in his past.

Without integration, Mississippi might be worth a shite.
Alas.

This bro just tried to say ole miss is the reason O failed, I was just pointing out that it wasn't really that. No need to get defensive I think O is going to be a hell of a coach at LSU

You sure about lsu being stuck in their 90's football success without saban? Lsu was and always has been a sleeping giant before sa ban showed up and had experienced success in its history before he showed up. There is no reason why another coach couldn't have brought lsu to where saban brought us. There are a number of coaches that could have been hired at lsu and had the same success. Hell, les miles even sustained success at lsu with a national title 2 sec titles another appearance in bcs and sec titles games as well. Without losing to bama in the 2011/2012 natty that lsu team would go down as one of the best football teams in ncaa history. So if saban hadn't have been lsu's coach in 2000, there is no reason to believe that a bother coach couldn't have done it at lsu either. It was just a matter of time before lsu got to where our program is now. If saban hadn't done it another coah would have. That's a fact. Thats a kinda my whole point in my last post...Lsu has the resources where pretty much any coach can come here and have their best opportunity to win championships in their entire career. Lsu is definitely a top tier job and not my schools are betger jobs than lsu for good reason. It's lsu. Ole miss simply doesn't give a coach the same advantages to win as lsu does period. That not a shot at ole miss it's just a fact. Just because orgeron wasn't successful at ole miss doesn't mean he's going to do the same at lsu. He has alot more advantages at lsu than he had at ole miss. Sorry if u are upset about it but that's the truth bro.

The redhead, for the record iwhi,is my favorite part. The face of gleeful victory to shock and dismay in a few seconds. It's like if you had a time-lapse video of my face on 1/9/2012

2015 Ole Miss at Alabama
The Rebals were the beneficiary of Alabama beating themselves.
