I actually agree with this. I read plenty of our fans saying these very things. I really didn't think we would have that big of a drop in the d-line since it was well documented that Montgomery took plays off but I was wrong. I knew we would miss Mingo, but I thought we would miss Minter the most and I think that is true. I knew that we would miss Reid but I had no idea how horrible Loston would be. It is what it is I guess. Defense wins championships and I can't remember there ever being a champion that played defense as bad as we are this year.

Anyone who acts like it isn't painfully easy for any random LSU fan to make car mechanics across the Southeast sprint to a keyboard posthaste needs to remember this thread.
