Smart leaving BAMA for the Eagles would be a risky career choice for him. He can stay at BAMA and continue to hold or raise his stock while making very good pay. He also has the benefit of learning under Saban until a premier position opens up. Chip Kelly may very well be a good coach in the NFL but the risk doesnt outweigh the reward.

Doesn't get much more premier than an NFL job. Especially, in a semi-big market. That being said I doubt he leaves.

Yea, I'd have to see Smart coach without Saban to prove to me that he can be a good HC.
