You have missed the point. My point is that the guy I was replying to would not have complained if an LSU player had written it.

You said it would have been posted "100 times" on the SEC Rant. You look dumb as frick.

Obviously, "100" (or a hundred, if you prefer it written out) is an exaggeration, but there would have been a multitude of threads about it, yet you would not complain about someone starting threads about it and you would not have told them to go post it on the LSU forum instead of on the SEC Rant.

Ok, LSU players wrote goodbye letters. Did "I-H8-BAMA" respond to those complaining that they shouldn't be posted in SEC Rant like he did with this Jonathan Allen letter?

All of these letter's from players leaving are written with input and editing from someone else. You can tell by the tone and how careful they are to thank everyone and not appear to be full of themselves.
Maybe a member of their public relations staff or perhaps someone their agent referred them to. Image is everything for a pro athlete if he wants to get those endorsements and marketing opportunities.

Maybe you (and others) should try reading the interview before you type comments .... What he had to say was not actually "goodbye" but was in the realm of philosophy and an insight into "the process."
It really doesn't take that much time to read before you write...but that apparently doesn't apply to fans from a certain school. They see "Alabama" and charge like a bull wearing blinders at a red cape. It is a little laughable and predictable, and REALLY boring, but unfortunately that automatic charge mechanism causes them to miss some things.

It's a Bama topic. Nobody but Bama fans care about "the process". Jesus Christ..

Dude, who are you kidding... every LSU poster on the board is eaten up with Alabama, Saban, and the process. Why some LSU posters even put "Alabama" in their screen name. Amazing...

You love him so much you can't spell his name right. Doesn't get much more Gump than this.
