We've discussed this. And it counteracts your guys arguments about us having a decent amount of talent. For some reason, walk-on Keim has been playing in place of him. Allison only played the UAB game, and did a fine job. We won.

I honestly think that the combination of Ferguson and Key will be good enough to fill the hole left by Obasahon

Agreed. But you have to understand why we don't say such things when you act like we won't be completely different next year as well. Pearl will add at least one grad transfer big that will surprise people, because we have to.

We're losing Granger, Harris and Bowers. Probably starting Purifoy as stretch 4 and Spencer at 5. We have nothing behind that as of now. Have to fill a hole and hope Trayvon Reed has his act together. I doubt McLemore comes in ready to play.

I don't think it's hard to realize that Bruce will have AU competing in the SEC next year when he has his recruits.
Saying what Avery is doing isn't impressive is ridiculous. No one on earth thought they'd be in this position after losing by 32 to Dayton. And on top of this, he's brining in top recruits.
The Bruce-Avery series will be intriguing, as it was this year.

I agree. Avery is doing a great job. I just don't think Alabama is completely devoid of talent like some are saying. He's just getting their potential out of them.
The series should be really good going forward. Exciting to have good coaches at both schools.

No one saying Alabama was devoid of talent. I don't think we have one player make preseason Sec 3rd team. The electricity around Alabama Crimson Tide b-ball in the State is great. Coach Avery Johnson has really done a great job on connecting to HS Basketball Coaches and building relationships, Promoted and Selling the brand also. We are starved for a decent team in Basketball.
