Foghorn's Wings south of the stadium for the best sports bar

Meh.

Farrell's is probably the best sports bar in town. Then one of the chains (Tilted Kilt, BWW) then JJ's. Then maybe even Grub's and Sideways. I don't even like Foghorn's wings. Very mediocre place overall.

Welcome to Northwest Arkansas. What town did you pick? There are lots of LSU fans living in this area. Come to Baum for the baseball series. You'll be shocked.

We live just outside of Bentonville... Enjoying it. Very laid back compared to Hoover/ Birmingham area. I like the Arkies more than the Bammers.

Any suggestions are appreciated. We just moved to the area and haven't learned it yet. Thanks!

Welcome

Not being a homer at all, but NWA is one of the best places to live in America.

Since you're near Bentonville, I have to recommend Oven &Tap and the Hive. The food scene in Bentonville is blowing up because of all the people moving here for Wal Mart.

Tell the first person who says you "have to eat at AQ" what a dick they are and save your money.

Hell, you can get a pretty good meal at Pesto right across the street.

Bentonville is blowing up in a good way. Great place for families, and lots of big money good stuff coming in the near future. I enjoy Flying Fish for a nice family meal, but like some others said, the restaurant scene in downtown Bentonville is pretty killer. Take the kids to the Amazeum if they're young enough, and check out Crystal Bridges. You can stand right up next to pieces of artwork priced at over $40 million, and its all free.

I haven't been to AQ in several years. Yeah, Pesto is very underrated, mostly by out of towners. Locals get it.

My favorite restaraunt in Fayettevile while growing up and in college. I haven't been since I moved away in '06 so I can't speak to it's quality but it was damn good back then.

Anyone ate at Rue Orleans lately on college?

Used to frequent there but haven't been in a while.

A much better one then at AQ. There was a really good Thai place on College I haven't been to in ages as well.

I ate there once back around '09 (I know that's not lately). Great place.

From my time in Fayetteville--Hugo's, another vote for Pesto, Geraldi's for casual Italian grub, Greenhouse Grille, Thep Thai, Emilia's Mediterranean. And for good, cheap Mexican, El Camino Real is solid.

Thai Diner is good and reasonable.

We eat at Pesto quite a bit, sometimes just stop in for the anti pasta platter and a cocktail.

AQ in Fayetteville is garbage the one in Springdale is good.

Foghorns food is garbage.

Farrells is the best sports bar.

Lucky Lukes have the best wings.

AQ sucks now? The Springdale location? That's a shame.
