Oklahoma is an annual contender , recently beat Alabama by being physical.
They are better than BG in literally every way.
You're like the Oregon of the SEC. A glass cannon.
Did I mention Oklahoma has a talented D? Unlike BG?
I'm not even trolling, I just wish you guys would STFU about how bad arse you are so we don't look bad when the Sooners stomp you and call the SEC a giant Vagina when you are the worst we have to offer.

I actually would claim to be trolling if I were you.
The other option is you have difficulty forming sentences that make sense. And you don't know what the word "recently" means.
And when one claims to be an SEC fan and doesn't know what the goddamn word "recently" means, that makes me look bad. So hopefully he's trolling. Or one of those SEC fans that just roots for the team without having gone there. Yes yes, please tell me that's the case. I'll feel better.

Who has said how bad arse we are (serious statements)? I'm fairly positive you're confusing the media with what posters have said here. Also, did you miss the first 100 threads on BG and some of the reasons why that happened?

Pretty sure V&S, myself, Robert Goulet, and our other core posters will keep on keeping on no matter what. What tRant doesn't seem to get is that WE KNOW NO ONE EXPECTS US TO WIN.
That means we're playing with house money. If we win we get a huge momentum boost going into SEC play. If we lose, it has no effect on our season other than sucking since it has zero impact on SEC play or even the rest of the season.
Most of us expect an 8-4 season and will be happy with that (it's documented right here on tRant). I think the rebuild is ahead of schedule and that we have real potential this year but most of the pundits have stated 2016 is the breakout year and they have good reasons for that. As a fan I want it now but me and the rest of the fans here understand where the program is at in terms of depth, experience, and youth and while a lot of spots look great some are shaky at best like BG -- 2 safeties in the secondary were out and that left Moseley on an island thinking he was going to get help from his safeties but those 3rd string safeties didn't arrive. We also had a potential starter at CB out.

Like Lou Holtz always says, it's a different team every week. Don't judge how Tennessee will play Oklahoma, from how they performed against Bowling Green. That is foolish. And it goes both ways.

Then you're a dumbass basing this off of the first game of the season. Alot of teams looks (and did look) like garbage the first game, then adjustments are made. Not saying the Vols are going to win, but like most of the Rant, you are being premature.
