As far as Grant's job goes... at this point I don't care if we keep him or fire him... the issue is if there is a suitable replacement out there that's a guarantee to get us to the tourney on a regular basis.
Another issue is.. he is doing just well enough to not pay a huge buyout to take that risk... Grant has another year guaranteed unless we completely lose out.. Bama will likely end up 10-8, 11-7 or so and that will likely give him another year as his buyout will be more manageable after next season.

I thought it was a well played game by both teams. I am rewinding the game in my head and don't know where you get the "home cooking" thing.
you want to gripe about calls, tell me where the foul was on the play that sent it to overtime. portis had incidental contact with legs and Qualls was behind the player and did not reach...... a really good acting job got the foul call and the guy stepped up and made the free throw. I have seen tons of games where you could argue home cooking into the outcome but not last night buddy.
Your team played their hearts out.... be proud of that. I'm proud that we got a win without Portis having to put up all-american numbers. Let's move on now shall we....
