Look, I like this South Carolina team and most of the posters here...but this is a pretty ignorant statement.
Missouri is not a lateral move. Ole Miss would be a lateral move from South Carolina.
Missouri is a bit down right now, but they're still a program with good history and very nice facilities. Probably a top 30 job in the nation

It would be a weird move though. He'd have to rebuild them from scratch with higher expectations from their fanbase.
He's not going to start over at another school in the same division.
