I just want to point out that nobody, in five pages, has mentioned UGA's defense...

UGA's defense is irrelevant. Bama would struggle to move the ball consistently on your cheerleaders.

We managed 1 decent drive against LA monroe in the first half.

(the points in the 2nd half were fool's gold, LA Monroe was just wore out)

I think it stays under 50 and Bama sneaks out with the win.

I get the feeling that most fans on both sides feel like it will be a loss for their team. Should be a great game.

IN the SEC this year, Lambert is:

-1st in comp percentage
-1st in ypa
-T4th in TDs (while throwing sparsely against ULM and Southern)
-T1st in interceptions with 0
-T1st in times sacked (2)
-1st in QBR by a wide margin

I think we'll be alright throwing the ball. Meanwhile do we even know who will start for bama?

Look, I'm picking UGA to win because I don't like our OL or QB situation. That said, let's be honest here...UGA hasn't played a team that will even go bowling this year. Two cupcakes, plus Vandy and the Cocks who are competing with Auburn to be the worst SEC team this year. Lambert hasn't seen anything close to what he will be seeing Saturday afternoon. But like I said, it likely won't matter as our offense is dysfunctional and will struggle to crack 20 points.

edit--UGA 27 Bama 20

Protip: If UGA has a passing play in their playbook where the entire offensive line runs down the field, call it early and often, you may break 70.

21-0. Did I do it right? lol

Honestly I see a 14-13 game but unsure right now who wins

A crushing loss for Bama and years of disappointment for UGA will do that.

It will be another nerve wracking game like in 2012. But I got 21-17 BAMA.

I'm thinking neither team will score over 20 points. I see a low scoring slug fest where turnovers and special teams will be key.

Bama has offensive issues. Bama's defense will shut down UGA's running game and I think their secondary will play well too. UGA will be taking a BIG step up in competition especially for their offense. Honestly, I don't know much about UGA's defense but Bama may have success running straight at them.

I just don't see Bama being down. While they still have their question marks; I feel they're a slightly more talented and deeper team. Plus they have the coaching advantage.

I'm still worried with our Olines ability to run block, Lamberts ability to work under pressure against a defense with a pulse (he seemed gun shy in earlier games), and the back 7s ability to cover.

Bama 34
UGA 20

I hope I'm wrong.

Chubb goes off for 130, scores a late TD for the win. Gets elevated in the Heisman talk.

Saban rants about red zone efficiency in the postgame. Coker thinks "screw you old man", but keeps it to himself.

You might be right as well. I haven't had the chance to watch UGA so I know next to nothing about their defense. I think if we can establish the running game we'll eventually start putting points on the board. Will it be enough? We'll have to wait until Saturday to see...........
