Hearing Jim Beam is more than interested in having their name lying beside Pat Dye Field.

Some things are just meant to be.

I've heard Bama fans claim Pat Dye was a drunk and Auburn fans claim Bear Bryant was a drunk.

What's the truth?

It will always be Grant Field to me.

Same with Scott Field (State) and Dudley Field (Vandy)

The truth is that Cholly Mac was a die-hard boozer who couldn't beat the Bear. Like ever.

Really? I've never heard that about Cholly Mac. Granted, though, most of my friends who are LSU fans are in their 30s and 50s at the latest, so it's not like they knew much of him either.

Know your history. And Cholly Mac's record against the "Bear" was 2 wins and 16 losses. Just in case your friends are too young to remember.

Same here. It was Grant Field long before it was Bobby Dodd Stadium. I think they only put Dodd's name on it after the renovations in the early 2000s.

Exactech Arena for the Gators, although I am not sure if that is as large scale corporate.
