So I'm supposed to choose State of UGA because UGA loses in the SEC championship game every other year and because they haven't won a national title since the 80's?
State's claim to fame is one divisional title that will be 15 years old this fall.

It's not even close.

I really wish Sorantable would stop starting threads. (See 11Will44)

We non-alters, with a good standing reputation and more than a months worth of shitty posts, do not refer to common courtesy as a$$ kissing. We call this thread hijacking to save what little dignity our fan base has left due to shitty posters like you.

Your dignity would be better served by aggressively supporting your team.

So.... because I'm a state fan.... Oxford.... and friendship with Ole Miss students.... is completely of limits. Your social life must be booming. Take your pissing contest elsewhere Sorantable.

Every once in a while I forget that there are two schools in Mississippi.

Thank you for your contribution. Now go help your wife pull the 96 windstar van out of the mudhole in front of the trailer.

But Georgia always chokes in the big game. thats the point. Despite their caliber, they havent won a national title in decades.

And MSU has NEVER won a national title. Let me put it into math terms. Any number > 0 is therefore > 0. Understand?

Let me ask the question a little differently:

Would you Rather Be A State Bulldog or a Volunteer?

Basically the same question, only it doesnt pit the two bulldogs against each other.

Again, even though I am biased, everybody would pick Tennessee whether based on history or current situations

ETA: or are you simply just comparing mascots? Cause then IDGAF

Tennessee wont beat Mississippi State again in at least the next ten years, your argument is invalid.

And no, Im not pitting mascots. Georgia's a great team, but stagnant and in decline. Tennesse is an awful team, that is stagnant and in decline. If I used Tennessee, the question wouldve been too easy to answer, as State is constantly progressing.

This thread is hilarious. What unbiased observer would pick the losing team over the winning team, Starkville over Athens, worse school over better school, ugly girls over hot girls, Bully over Uga. It's ridiculous. UGA is better than MSU in pretty much every aspect.

How do you figure. UGA has actually improved greatly in the past 3 years, and no knowledgable fan would say that the ceiling has been reached. The population (and talent) in the state is booming.

Being a UGA fan isn't ideal. Yes, there are disappointments sometimes. In the end, it's much better to be in the hunt for the SEC (and sometimes National) title consistently than to be forever 6-6.
