Correct...7...as in 7 total points scored by the unstoppable offense of Gus Malzhan.

I was sitting in that endzone during that game. It all started when the cops stood in front of the UGA section so their fans would not storm the field (damage the field) . They still tried it and the cops arrested some rowdy fan. Then the rest of the crowd refused to leave the field, so the cops started arresting more fans. The hoses came on when a cop was hit by a whisky bottle coming out of the UGA section (One of many). That was the first game that I saw the darker side of UGA fans, but I had been warned how they could be. Hasn't been the same since.

Agreed. Hate it, but I don't think it's going to ever go back to the way it was.

I'm sure Auburn has their fair share of fricktards too. Get off your high horse. It's hard to spit in your face when you're up there.

I don't see why not. As mentioned, after the '11 and '12 beatings it had pretty much died down a good bit. Then '13 ramped up yalls hate factor way up, then last year we got our revenge in a big way. Even though it woudl take some of the fun out of hte rivalry, once a team goes on a couple year streak things get back to being civil for hte most part.

It's interesting, my brother graduated from UGA (grew up an AU fan) and it seems that a lot of his anger toward Auburn is not the actual games, but goes back to the NC in 2010. He even admitted to me that it pissed him off that no matter how badly AU was beaten by UGA, I still had the crystal ball trump card.

What exactly does it have to do with the subject at hand?

Lately your program has had to look up to a lot of other SEC programs. You just need to learn to spit harder or STFU. I'm sure you got use to that with UF Fans.

For me it happened when Mark lost control of the team and the fans during UGAs blackout, 2007 I believe. We got killed late, but that game changed the rivalry.

exactly how did he lose control of the team or the fans? He has arguably never been more in control. He certainly controlled the shite out of auburn's football team that day.

why? Because yall got offended we played rap music? '10 changed the rivalry because there was actual, on the field bad blood stuff going on. 07 was just a beating, similar to last year.

I agree that this is when it actually changed, but how exactly did Richt lose control of the team and fans?

pay him no mind, that's another internet buzzword (phrase I guess) that rivals think is funny or cool to say, but actually have no idea what they're talking about.

My Auburn buddies said "they played that black rap music and people danced"

what's funny is 3 years later they had a hip hop song play at all their games while their students did choreographed moves to the chorus. But nah, that's ok.

I know that but wanted to hear his actual reason.

Ole Miss and Mississippi State are not friends:

Florida and the Simi-holes are not friends;

Texas and Texas A&M cannot be friends.

So why do you expect Georgia and the University of Southwest Georgia to be friends?
