No. That's what got Wolfe whacked. I can't believe people are criticizing Pinkel for this and saying he won't get another job. I agree with the other thread which says he is teflon now. He had to at least show some token support or he'd get torched in recruiting and the players would have continued to hold the school hostage. I think this whole thing is a crock of crap and the school administration should have told the players to pound sand. But, I don't think Pinkel could be the person to do that.

Pinkel serves the state/U that writes his paycheck that is a fact, the players are on scholarships that are also GREATLY SUBSIDIZED through state taxes, I don't pay taxes in the state of Mo, so it's true the scholarship fund is my only support. Beyond that, you don't know a fukking thing about anything, at all, period.

quite a bit of that is true, most of these white kids are from affluent families/areas and are either confused by the leftist radicals or are just getting involved because they think they'll finally be "cool", after never being cool their entire life. They are wrong in both cases.

not entirely, many of these dbags are in orgs that are heavily associated w/ Planned Parenthood, which was recently "disconnected" from University funding, not booted off campus mind you, just lost funding.

Huh? Mizzou's football players subsidized through state taxes? GTFOH, The football program puts money back into the university coffers each year. The state better serve him.
