Y'all do have the best players and best coach, but that doesn't mean you win every game.

See: Auburn.

And what the shite was that against Chokelahoma?

If the better team on paper won every game it'd be a dreadfully boring sport.

Gotta go out and execute. Being better only gives you a leg up, you still gotta get it done.

Gary never goes out on a limb when he talks about football. He never tries to be controversial or go against the popular choice. I like to hear his game analysis, but you do not get much from him worth talking about Monday-Friday.
Do you think that it may be because he uses common sense, excellent perspective and a vast amount of football experience and knowledge to formulate his opinions?

No, because he has been wrong about things as much as he has been correct. It is easier to be wrong when you do not swim against the current.

Really?...think about that sentence and get back to me.
And while we're on the subject, please explain how you can believe that he's wrong as often as he's right when he's generally considered one of the best, if notthe best college football analyst on television.

Was he on 680? They've been making fun of Auburn all day.

That's been hilarious.

I think Danielson is one of the best X's and O's analysts on TV actually.

I mean his opinions outside of that are just like anybody else, but his ability to break down plays and personnel is quite excellent.

The sophomore jinx hit Auburn hard in 2014 as they fell to a 9-3 record with losses to LSU, South Carolina, and dreaded in-state rival Alabama. When asked what went wrong, second year coach Gus Malzahn suggested that everyone knows his mickey mouse offense is usually figured out by year two. He went on to state that unless they have some more commitments from "silent" donors, he can envision Auburn continuing to struggle in the foreseeable future. When pressed for clarification, Malzahn would only say "we need another Cam and these foolheaded Auburn donors are scared to commit big money to recruits after the whole Cam ordeal."

On an additional note, Auburn claimed the 2013 BCS national Title as the school announced that FSU should have sat Jaboo Winston due to his off the field issues and therefore should not have played the game. When asked to clarify the school's stance, Jacobs would only say " he ain't no damn Cam."

The SEC West will be brutal again. But you gotta give AU the edge.

He is one of the best analyst on Saturdays. If you ever listen to his weekday interviews, you would know he doesn't buck the popular or lest controversial stance. Everybody is a great coach and nobody deserves to be fired.

Danielson does stray away from calling coaches out during most of his weekday commentaries, but he is usually spot on with his analysis. I don't mind him at all during the games as he tends to be more critical of coaches and players when warranted.

It's actually pretty easy. I did it last year.
