UT has never won the cup, so it's impossible to "return" home, but nice try thUGAs

It WAS named after a Tennessee coach for a reason, was it not?

And thUGAs? really? we won it one time...right along with Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn and Vanderbilt...and of course, it was named for a Tennessee coach, so you can throw Tennessee into the tmix as well, and with a hefty lead this year...well...looks like Tennessee is set to claim the Thug U. title.

With the addition of Lane to the staff and the character of some of the recruits in the 2014 class, Bama will have no trouble keeping its early lead.

Depends

If they're team voting on who gets to go last in the gangbang then it's a whole different deal

It was named by some idiot Gators. A much more fitting name would be the Urban and Aaron Urn.

well, you cant really throw us into the mix considering we haven't won it.

And besides, if it takes a bunch of UTPD busting a athlete party for us to get "thug U" then, whatever, its not like we had a player with a gun with a scratched off serial number or anything

No, but UT has had a player rape someone with a plunger.

Daniel Hood. Granted, he wasn't at UT when it happened, iirc

Hood was an accessory to rape while 13 when he helped and watched a "friend" rape his female cousin. I stumbled across the story last year during Vanderbilt's despicable rape case.

He also was a juvenile and didn't participate in any sexual way -- he didn't rape anyone not even with a plunger. I remember now that when Kiffin decided to sign him, I read the court documents because rape is something that hits a big damn nerve with me. It's a sad case -- very, very, disturbing. The picture painted by the various documents was of a dysfunctional family where the kids were unsupervised completely and just a nightmare scenario. An older teen adult came over and they taped/saran wrapped one of the girls who was also over at the house. This had happened before to another cousin and was seen as prank. However, this time the adult proceeded to assault the girl and asked Hood if he wanted to do the same. Hood said, "no, man that's my cousin."

Social services evaluated Hood and said he was extremely immature, unparented, and a follower. They minced no words about how messed up he was at the time. He got hit with a long sentence/punishment, especially considering his age and the facts of the case. He helped tape/saran wrap his cousin thinking it was the same thing they'd done before but he didn't participate in what turned into an assault. He should've stopped it but he didn't and he has to live with that. However, it's unfair to call him a rapist given the circumstances and the fact he didn't participate in the sexual assault.

Couple of clarifications. The sexual assault was perpetrated by the victim's boyfriend who was Hood's friend too. Hood also had heard the friend was in a gang and carried a firearm. He explained that his 13 year old brain feared that trying to stop the assault could get him, his cousin, and others in the house at the time shot.

I think it's only players. Double points for alumni players apparently. Also, you have to have multiple players in order to win the cup.

Dee Hart was no longer on the team when he was arrested. Points don't count. The only ones we have is for Tony "Play that funky music" Brown.
