"Coach Freeze learned that [redacted] mother told Farrar over the phone that two other institutions had offered [redacted] tens of thousands of dollars each. Upon learning this he immediately asked Farrar pointed questions about how he responded, to ensure he had handled it appropriately. He is unsure whether he reported the mother's claim to Compliance at that time since rumors are rampant and they had no evidence to corroborate her claims. Soon after, however, a Snapchat video surfaced, of [redacted] flashing a large amount of cash after signing day. He immediately reported the video to Compliance and Farrar's account of the phone conversation. At that time, he also learned that Farrar had recorded the phone call with [redacted] mother, so he immediately reporterd that fact to Compliance and the athletics director, and forwarded the recording. He also listened to the recording to confirm that Farrar had responded in the way he had initially reported to Coach Freeze, and was satisfied to that point."

Ole miss is fricked. The only way they don't get slapped for lack institutional control or or lack of control of their head coach is to fire him.

So Freeze hears rumors and asked pointed questions of Farrar but there is NO MENTION of the recording at this point. AND no mention to compliance; why should they know?

Suddenly a wild recording appears! Interesting that this comes out once the recruit is flashing cash and maybe someone wants to point the blame elsewhere.
Sounds like Freeze didn't want to admit to the recording and his knowledge of supposed ineligibility in case Lewis signed with Ole Miss. Or maybe to deflect the blame elsewhere.
What a fine upstanding coach.

Ole Miss fans call State "snitches", yet y'all are recording phone calls without people's knowledge. That sounds like a snitch if I ever heard it.
