Por que?

tCoast is heavily Catholic, but that's because the French and Spanish were here long before MURCAH down here.

Knoxville has both a decent Catholic population and Greek Orthodox. They've been around for a while too. There's other outposts (East, TN cities have the most) but in super-rural zero population East, RB too (places that don't even have Episcopals or Presbyterians, even Methodists are kinda rare in those spots) but the common thread is those spots are near Knoxville. Catholicism is really growing in the East. In Morristown (a decent sized souther city also E. TN) they've had a catholic church forever and it's starting to grow even larger. Don't know about the rest but I'm sure other divisions have plenty of Catholics.

Our Jewish community in Knoxville, including synagogue(s), is well over 100 years old and has always had a substantial voice.

That's not holding. That's good technique. Scherff can't help it if some n00b freshman is out there playing sloppy and popped his head up in between his arms.

Come on Bowl. We both know you're an Iowa fan. There were other holds too,

Brandon: I just don't know, Father. There is just so much on my mind right now.
Fr. Derek Barnett: Be at peace with your decisions, my son. Only the most fanatical college football fans will know this picture exists. Say five Hail Marys and recite the Nicene Creed twice, just in case.

good technique my arse...that is holding like a mofo...Scherff was trying to save his arse from getting beat around the end by a quick arse freshman. But, that's what OL's do, they hold when they can..no secret about that.

Did he get flagged for that? Because holding without getting called for it is an art form and there's a technique to it. Barrett Jones was famous for it at Alabama.

You're absolutely right...no flag, no hold and I agree...it is an "art".

Well at least you admit those were holds.

I do agree with you that not getting called for it is an art form but those two were pretty blatant. That said, Scherff is a very good player; it's just that Barnett is a very special one, imo. Also refs don't like to call OL holds often for numerous reasons.

At any rate, the caption thing was not meant to be serious. It was meant to be fun.

I mean he already surpassed Clowney's 1st year stats.

And while Myles Garrett had like one more sack, Barnett had almost all of his sacks against SEC competition and had way more TFL's showing that he can stuff the run too.

Just a ridiculously good player.

Scherff is a Guard in the NFL, which makes Barnett's "feat" less impressive.
