he averaged 6 yards per carry vs Arkansas last year with 3 TDs, and 2 receptions for 44 yards

This. He gives a complement to the SEC, that literally helps every one of our schools in recruiting, and you morons jump on it and criticize the dude. Goddamn people, just read the paragraph.

Yes, thread title and actual context couldn't be further apart. One is arrogant, the other is gracious and complimentary of the competition he faced.

As much as I enjoy stirring up LSU fans with Chubb talk, I really do hope LF has a great career. Guys like Fournette, Chubb, Marcus Lattimore, they're hard to find these days....and comment has 0 to do with skill (although that is true as well)

He had 3 TDs against y'all in the 1st half and then Guice shredded y'all for 250. Remember you place.

Neither of you clearly can understand a metaphor.

I knew the $27M response was coming

Maybe this guy should run over him faster next time.

That guy ran through 3 offensive lineman. If you're getting hit after 3 steps in the backfield, it's not your fault.

I'm familiar with this idea. We heard it every time Fournette faced Alabama's defense as well.

So..... you 100% agree with his quote then?

The entire quote is a compliment to Alabama and the SEC. Just say "I agree, thanks" and move on.

frick, Corey Grant had 122 yards on 7 carries for the Jags in the same game. He broke a 79 yards TD.

That's funny considering he hasn't played in a real game yet.

Did you watch it? It was impressive. He broke tackles and and ran well.

You obviously don't understand football.

The only thing impressive is he didnt really have any negative yards, nothing was impressive though.

. He broke tackles

He broke maybe one tackle and had two spin moves, other than that all he did was hit the hole with no breakaway

It all starts with their fans.

Better than 31 yards on 16 carries. No wonder he thinks it's slow.

Not as impressive as Corey Grant. He broke ankles and ran well.
He actually scored, and more than doubled Fournette rushing total on a single TD run.

You obviously don't understand football.
