Where do you draw the line then?
Fournette missed a whole game and still has 15 more carries

So... Damien Harris is the best RB in the SEC?

The only stat that matters is under the win column

We threw it 55 times. If you watched the game you would not say he was bad.

So getting a billion carries a game is what counts?

Well I guess you were on the D-Henry bandwagon last year then, hu.

No but it's easy to have a skewed ypc stat when you use a small sample size.

I thought he was gonna get less carries this year.

Dumb arse thread. Nobody is arguing that Fournette is NOT the best RB in the SEC.

Chubb is amazing. To play like this right off an injury?

Just bad arse. Dude is a talent and an inspiration.

You act like he has had 6 carries or tacked on big runs in garbage time. He has had 3 or 4 huge runs in crunch time against solid P5 teams.

Again, don't use a stat like that 3 weeks into the season and then argue about things like sample size with a guy who averages more than 10 carries a game, is our starting running back and gets 90% of the carries during the time of the game that matters. That's silly. Just because we've had a blowout, a game where we worked on throwing and use 4 running backs (plus a running QB) doesn't automatically discount what Harris has done.

And no, Damien Harris is not as good as LF7 or Chubb, and his YPC will come down.

Yes, he crushed UNC, but their rush defense is of epic proportions

All trolling aside, Chubb doesnt look like the old Chubb yet. The old Chubb was neck and neck with LF7 IMHO, I saw ZERO difference. Chubb this year is still missing something

Then you agree the small sample size is skewing his YPC.

Glad we could agree.

He's also getting hammered at the LOS almost every play it seems. However, the last 2 years against average teams he seemed to bounce off it and beat guys to the edge half the time that happened.

He's averaging 9.0 YPC. So yea, it'll come down, but it's still going to be massive. Again, he's done this on almost 40 carries, not 3. Against 2 Top 50 defenses. So, keep that in mind in 3 weeks when you start another one of these and Harris is at 7.25 YPC through 5 games.
