Those claiming AH wasn't going to change his ways if Urbs suspended or disciplined him are missing the point. He damn sure didn't have to profit from having a thug on his roster (IF what is alleged about AH while a Gator is true).

I don't think the companies that just cut Paula Deen loose are under the impression they are changing her behavior. They simply don't want to be associated with her any longer.

Anyone who stalks a man, plans to kill him, and then finally does has more problems than just lack of discipline. The thing about sociopaths is they can't ever be fixed and they will never accept responsibility or learn from mistakes. It's easy to second guess in hindsight, but to put a lot of the blame and criticism on Urban is unfair. What AH did is HIS mess. That's what should be important here. Not what could have been done or what was done differently.

Damn good football coach.

Not so sure how he is as a person, though.
