You sure? Sounds like accessory to murder to me

quote:

Accessory to murder is a criminal offense whereby the perpetrator helps or assists a perpetrator before or after the commission of the murder

spins it that miller's car was blocking ( but then adds.. But we don't know when he parked his car there)

Well its been testified to in Court that Miller brought the gun to the “Trigger puller” when the accused called & asked him to bring it. This would mean Miller wasn’t present until he delivered the gun, which means he had to have just arrived & parked his vehicle so as to block the victims vehicle from leaving.

Its pretty obvious he parked there right b4 the shooting started but im sure its just a coincidence that his car was blocking the victims car intentionally preventing the victim from getting away!

Pure coincidence huh?

It was parked there after he delivered the murder weapon. What other logical conclusion do you think you can come to here?

Was it parked there after delivering the gun? Or before he delivered the gun? If he dropped off the gun and Miles said' go block the exit" that's one thing... If he parked there to drop off then there is no way to know there next actions. And remember the guy that Miles was there with did the shooting (messing he brought it to miles .. Miles provided it to another)

It's just a pisspoor article extrapolating details he read in court docs to get a "gotcha". So the good news is that a lot of the board is writing on the same level as Pat Forde.. But that's also the bad news.because this is just a fanboard

From your own article

Whether those cars were intentionally blocking the road before shots were fired is unclear.

You’re right, handing a gun off to someone for murder then blocking in the victim’s car with your own is just normal behavior. The fact that you, the Bama athletic department, and Nate Oats continue to downplay all of this speaks volumes for how shitty all of you are. You should be completely embarrassed trying to defend this shite, but then again, we are talking about the university of alabama.

See thats the thing there. If he knew he was handing a good off that would be used for murder, then he would be in jail right now. They text messages from Miles to Miller and surveillance footage, as well. Miller broke no laws. Made a terrible terrible decision, yes.

Unless you expect everyone to believe that he drove to the club earlier in the night & then walked from the Club to the Apt & back to get the gun rather than driving his vehicle.

I always assume when people call me to bring them a gun that there likely planning on using said gun. Couple this with Miles being severely drunk on Tequila. Miles claims to not remember what happened due to having lots of Tito’s Tequila - This is the most believable part of his story to me, cause datz what Tequila do mayne!

I can think of one, Bama took no steps, no suspension, etc. Some of you should realize Bama has and always will run the shadiest program in the country. They are so good at it.

What is the appropriate discipline for that decision?

This can't be stressed enough

In a ranking of "Thug POS" Head coaches...which is worse. The one that played a kid that was, at this point, a witness to events that lead to a death ..or the one that was the direct instigator to the events that lead to a death? ( And paid out in a law suit)

So in Thug street cred..where does Brian Kelly stand?

Apparently to keep operations as is. Truly tone deaf to not discipline anyone with this new information being made public. It’s even worse that Bama has known all of this for weeks and did nothing.

I'm sure that when he was asked to bring the gun to his inebriated teammate late at night on the strip he was under the impression they were just going target shooting. And they didn't so much as suspend him until the facts could be sorted out. This might be an all time low in a history of lows for Bama.

If the University of Alabama’s public defense of Oats is “Brian Kelly is also a piece of shite,” this could get fun. Given Oats’ statement yesterday, there’s a non-zero chance that is going to be the case.

Situations like this are where fandom is at its worst.

If this had been the coach of Arkansas, Alabama fans would be in here screaming for the death penalty.

I'm not the UofA.

I'm just a fan ...on a fanboard

But just so we are clear, because "it can't be said enough" the coach with no proven involvement of a player with proven involvement is a thug POS. But the coach directly involved in a death is good? Thats some mighty mighty thick purple/gold colored glasses being worn

If he used his car to block them in so the gun could be used to shoot and kill someone, you are telling us that is "Woke"

So you're claiming this was an accidental shooting?
