I'd say Malzahn should be higher. He did just hire the most sought out coordinator in recent memory, ultimately ending up as the highest payed coordinator.

As cardboardboxer and I were discussing earlier in the thread, that's a metric they omitted but shouldn't have. In a reasonable well-rounded world, the Muschamp hire definitely gives Gus a boost.
