The graduate. Some other new boutique on the square may be open by then. Tunica or Memphis are solid backups I guess? I don't really know

Better book the motel 6 now. Finding a place to stay in Oxford blows. I had to stay an hour out 2013.

I suggest you get reservations now. Unless you want to drive from Tupelo or Desoto county

Get booked at the best place you can, then get on the wait list for the other places if possible.

Possibilities on AirBnB. Any part of town we shouldn't stay in? Closer to stadium is more expensive but we can cab anywhere we need to go so willing to go out 5-10 miles. Gonna be a bunch of 40+ dudes and we'll want to have a good time but it won't be a Bachelor Party or anything....at least we say that now.

Honestly, rent a house. Tons to choose from on game weekends and if you have a crew it won't be that expensive

This.

There is a pretty good website (can't think of the name of it now) that one of my buddies used once to rent a condo for the weekend. And you can rent anything from condos to apartments to houses. Would really look into that. Cause it is most likely already too late to get a hotel in Oxford.

Also there is no "bad part of town" you're good to stay anywhere

Vrbo? College town rental or something like that too.

My friends do it if I don't have enough room to accommodate them when they come to town.

There is a reason Oxford is listed as a top college town and retirement town, everywhere the light touches is safe.

Hotels in Oxford are impossible and annoyingly expensive for game day. Do what other suggest and rent a house/condo.

The Square is the tourist place to be, so anything within a 2 mile radius would be perfect. It is about 1 mile from square to grove/stadium.

If you can't get a room at The Graduate right off the Square, stay at The Peabody in Memphis and make the one hour drive down.

It would probably be easiser to try and make friends with somoene over the next year that lives there, and then try and stay with them.

Thanks for the suggestions and keep em coming. Flight Booked...Orange County to Memphis RT for 25K SkyMiles. Unreal. Don't worry...I won't bring any deuchey SoCal clowns with me...Would never soil the hallowed grounds of The Grove like that. Looking forward to it and I'll be the mildly intoxicated yet respectful Dawg fan ready to check Oxford off of my bucket list. See you in 259 days!
