All of those things are being addressed. Locker rooms, dorms, O'Dome, players lounges, etc. are currently in or in the works to be overhauled within the year. Still they aren't bad, just not as up to date as others.

The last class sucked because of Will Muschamp getting fired and going to Auburn. Period. UF probably lands two more recruits, including #1 overall, and probably ends up in the top 15 of the rankings, despite a coaching transition.

2014 - UT #7 - UF #9

2010 - UT #9 - UF #1

Using the 247 composite - I won't even keep going because your premise is total bullshite. Florida has consistently had better classes than Tennessee and UT has only had 2 top 5 classes going back to 2007 despite "facilities advantages."
