I guess Vols fans are feeling like big dogs now that Vandy didn't beat them again.

That just tells me he is an even bigger moron than you.

Florida has won 10 straight, and Dooley beat Butch?

Please sir...would you elaborate on the success of the UT program in the field of football and basketball in the past ten years? Of course you cant, so you try your best to tear UF down because they are the mean step daddy and have made you go to bed at night without supper.
Your coaching bombs have been noteworthy....Spiffy Kiffy leaves you in the middle of the night after just one year...and you dare to spout shite about UF?
I also understand that Dooleys bright orange clothes were donated to the state of Tennessee and were used by Dept of Corrections to outfit the inmates at Bushy Mountain.
Just admit that UT is a loser and when you folks get over the thrill of a 7-6 season and reality sets in...hopefully you hillbillies hang in there.

Over the course of a few years. Cheers.
And UT went from being in the SEC championship race to fighting UK and Vandy for last place in the East

We're Tennessee's super bowl

Gimmick infringement.
Nonetheless, no you're not. The UF program is a juggernaut that's as unstoppable as Gatorprincess at Golden Corral.
I really hate when Tennessee fans talk shite about UF, because at this point, it looks fricking retarded.

I don't understand the McElwain hire at all. He's not a young up and coming coach. McElwain is 52 years old and two years older than Meyer. He's not a proven winner as he's really had only one good season at Colorado State. His offense isn't very exciting to watch. How do you sell this hire to the Gators fanbase?

Yeah because it's apples to apples.
If someone comes in and takes over a shitty football program that's gone 3-9 for 3 straight years, you can't just give a snapshot of a coaches overall record. Is he supposed to turnaround and go win 8-10 games off the bat?
4-8
8-6
10-2
Recent hires in the SEC that have taken over shitty teams:
Butch Jones at UT: 12-13
Bielama at Ark: 10-15
Freeze at Ole Miss: 24-15
Stoops at UK: 7-17
Let's just look at their overall records and say they all suck.

Jealous, aren't you? Both will continue tradition of owning Tennessee
Posted on 5/8/15 at 7:33 am to UFMatt
Donovan didn't own Tennessee. At one point during your glory era of basketball Bruce owned Donovan. Belee dat!

Horrible poster, blatant troll, and Tennessee sucks.
But you know what? You can't argue this one. It cuts deep.

I meant your original thread topic. It's a fact that UF went from coaches who won multiple national championships in their respective sport, to guys who would be considered rather uninteresting hires.
This was about as close as I can get to agreeing with you. Anything more and I would feel dirty. So good point, and GFY.

Not to be mean, but history isn't exactly on the side of Florida.
Outside of Steve Spurrier and the short stint of Urban, not much going on for winning at an elite level in the last 70 years.
And the way McElwain is recruiting right now it will take superior player development to remain competitive for conference titles.
