I really like Florida as a program and current team. I think the world of McElwain. All you Florida fans suck though. You all hated the hire and as soon as you start winning again, you turn into some of the worst fans in the nation.
Go gators and McElwain but frick the fans.

didn't hate the hire, just was unsure about it....same way I was with Zook, Meyer, and Muschamp...
but hey...that's why Jeremy Foley is the best AD in college athletics and that's why we're fans.

I don't remember gator fans hating the hire
Other people laughed since he came from csu but with a little research you find he took an awful team to a 11 wins and top 25 ranking pretty fast
Also coached up some legit nfl talent in Grayson, saimbrailo, & Higgins

I'll be honest... I hadn't heard of him (or remember he was yalls OC) but after I did the research, found out how much bama liked him, and what he did at CSU (plus chipping in for his buyout out of his own pocket) I was really impressed.

Everyone seems on edge. I had a 6 page thread of basic stats that got many all fired up. People are wound too tight.
