How is misdemeanor citation for weed possession non-criminal?
Because not every state has dumbass reefer laws. Funny you're a Miss St fan, because I think it's decriminalized in Mississippi.

Def. More than weed honestly.

Stricklin will let in a kid that beat his gf but not a kid who smokes weed. Apparently domestic violence is fine but smoking a plant is not.

OSU players he was hanging with probably ran outta room in their pockets so he was just holding it for them. Try to be helpful and bam...busted.

Because simple possession of marijuana in a Ohio is decriminalized. That's how.

Weed being decriminalized does not mean it is legal.

Again moron, weed is not the only thing this kid has been in trouble for. Do you honestly think UF would not let Robinson enroll over a misdemeanor pot possession?
And how do you know this decision is Stricklin's and his alone? You don't, you just like to spout b.s. nonstop.

He was given a citation, there are no "charges". He pays a fi e like you would a traffic ticket, and it does not go on your criminal record. It's not "legal", that's not what decriminalized means. It means no criminal record.

This guy is a fricking idiot. Idk if I remember any other recruit ever that got arrested on his official visit to a school. You are usually watched pretty closely on an official visit. It just doesn't look good for this kid or ohio state. Strange. I don't blame florida at all.
