Considering Peyton is only the second ever QB to beat ALL 32 NFL TEAMS, im sure the 0-4 UF thing doesnt haunt him too much

No. The team was 0-4 during his tenure there. He, as a starting QB, was 0-3.

No. He was 3rd on the depth chart. Todd Helton was the starter. Helton got hurt the Florida game. Jerry Colquitt got hurt the next game, and Manning first played against MSU.
