I think more along the lines of 2020, but Arkansas amd A&M are the only viable candidates and I think that Arkansas is honestly headed in the right direction while A&M is going to stagnate around 8 win seasons.

Kentucky - 38 A.F ( after Freeze)
Freeze will die of a heart attack when the sentence is handed down from the NCAA. He will then ascend into heaven where he slips St. Peter a hundred to sneak him in the back.

probably Arkansas, they have gone 27 years without a conference title, shouldnt they have stumbled into at least 1 by now?
aTm aggies have only gone 18 years without a conference title, but they need to finish better than 3rd in the SEC West before ill even consider them

the year is the problem. I think r-Kansas, a&m and ole miss are capable program wise. it's possible but unlikely that others will do it (although msu had a contender a couple of years ago).
all ole miss had to do last year to win it was stop Arkansas on a 4th and 25. you have to admit that play will never happen again. mizzou has had 2 chances but just folded in Atlanta. I think it is possible they will get back some day but if UT and UF keep improving and UGA bounces back, it isn't likely.
