baseball is not played in a stadium. it is played at a park on a field. if your baseball park is called a sewell thomas stadium you gumps are more fricked up than i thought.

My guess is the expense it would cost to develop the land and install the infrastructure to allow for a stadium is way too high.

Reason for not building a new stadium is because you wouldn't be able to build a new stadium and an indoor practice facility for 30 million.

According to this UA article, they have other plans for the Bryce property.
Looks like more residential buildings and parkings lots are planned on the property closest to the river.
