LSU would have probably won anyway, but that last pitch was closer to the batter's box than it was to the plate.

I have watched tons of games this year but I don't think I have seen a win go to loss that was totally coaching (or lack of) as bad as this one.

That may have been the strangest baseball game (at any level) that I've ever seen. Both teams had the herp derps and the umpires must have made a side trip to Colorado before the game.

That's why I have a special place down in the bottom of my heart that is filled with the darkest, most bitter, pure, unadulterated hatred for all umpires at all levels from tee ball to the bigs. I would compare umpires to dog shite, but that would be an insult to dog shite. Hell, it would be an insult to rat shite for that matter,
