Meh? Both Jennings and Harris were garbage last year and in fall practice. I don't see how the green jersey really matters when the 2nd team defense was barely getting pass rush. The 2nd team offense was getting mauled up front and the QBs sucked on that side much more. It's not like they became superman from wearing the green jersey.
