What a bad list...I am sure all those in Santa Barbara and Westwood, Ca would all pack up and move. Yeah right!

That's a list. What you posted was basically someone eating a road atlas, washing it down with some Taco Bell, crapping it out, and sifting through the remnants.
I've never been to Fayetteville. I'm sure it's a great college town, but you're list is garbage. For all of Notre Dame's traditions, South Bend is a pit.
